The law requires the signs to be a minimum of A5 in size (148 x 210mm) and contain a no smoking symbol that is a minimum of 75mm in diameter. The wording must be 'No Smoking. It is against the law to smoke in these premises.' The words 'these premises' can be subtituted for a specific description eg. ' No smoking. It is against the law to smoke in this restaurant.'
