When will I get my order?

Brunel Engraving maufacture all items to bespoke requirements and we endeavor to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days from date of order or artwork approval. 

For more urgent orders you may request a specified date and select our "Fast Track" service, to receive your order within 1-3 working days from date of order or artwork approval.

Once your order has been processed and moved into production, we will notify you via email with an estimated date of dispatch.

When our courier has collected your order from us, you will recieve a further email from Brunel Engraving notifying you of dispatch, and also from Parcelforce with your tracking information.
