Brunel Engraving maufacture all items to bespoke requirements and we endeavor to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days from date of order or artwork approval.
For more urgent orders you may request a specified date and select our "Fast Track" service, to receive your order within 1-3 working days from date of order or artwork approval.
If you need your items by a specified date, please enter this information in the ‘Special Requirements / Additional Comments / Requested Date’ box found at the bottom of the ordering process on all product pages.
Dispatch:
We dispatch all orders via Parcelforce on a next working day service and all items can be tracked online. We dispatch to UK mainland, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland.
For orders over the value of £300 we offer a free delivery to UK Mainland addresses.
For AM delivery services, additional insurance requests and deliveries outside of these zones, please contact the sales team for a personalised quotation.
You may also collect your order from our premises which are located at BS21 6QH. Our reception is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

It was really easy and straightforward…
It was really easy and straightforward to get what we wanted done. Everything was done in little time in me confirming my order. The staff were friendly and helpful in putting my order together.

Impressive but not quite as expected
Overall we were happy with the engraving and it was packed well. The only concern we had was that the wooden backing had been painted rather than being the natural wood effect.

The whole process was relatively easy and straight forward on line. Also staff on the end of the phone were very helpful. Workmanship on the plaque was excellent. Would recommend the company.
