Product Care
Our Light Oak & St/Steel Fronts are manufactured from 316 (marine) grade. This Stainless Steel is an extremely durable material that is resistant to scratching, it will not tarnish or rust and requires minimal maintenance.
A wipe from time to time with a clean damp cloth should be sufficient.
Delivery
Delivery Schedule: Receive Your Order Within 3-5 Working Days
Brunel Engraving maufacture all items to bespoke requirements and we endeavor to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days from date of order or artwork approval.
For more urgent orders you may request a specified date and select our "Fast Track" service, to receive your order within 1-3 working days from date of order or artwork approval.
If you need your items by a specified date, please enter this information in the ‘Special Requirements / Additional Comments / Requested Date’ box found at the bottom of the ordering process on all product pages.
Dispatch:
We dispatch all orders via Parcelforce on a next working day service and all items can be tracked online. We dispatch to UK mainland, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland.
For orders over the value of £300 we offer a free delivery to UK Mainland addresses.
For AM delivery services, additional insurance requests and deliveries outside of these zones, please contact the sales team for a personalised quotation.
You may also collect your order from our premises which are located at BS21 6QH. Our reception is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Good communication and consultation each step of the way and a beautiful memorial plaque which we will be placing on the first allied constructed airfield B3 at Crepon St Croix as Guests of the Mayor on June 7 80 yeas after my father landed with his Mobile Radar unit.

Metal name badges
Our company ordered the metal name badges, and Brunel did an excellent job! The quality is very good and the turnaround time was very quick - we have them well before the stated preferred deadline. They were also very accommodating with design changes and amendments. A couple of badges had a fault, but the team at Brunel were very quick and helpful to get those fixed and have new ones sent out. I would definitely recommend them.
